Fashion Shopping in Budget! Is it really possible?
Do you know how to become fashionable in budget? then read the article about fashion in budget and make yourself look great with budget!
Being fashionable takes a lot of time and effort and your savings, right? Yes, time and effort might be right, but savings? You can easily save your hard-earned money. You see someone in a subway or in a mall and think he might a rich person buying only expensive or branded clothing. But wait right there, he might be fashionable and sensible and also opportunist.
So, follow these steps to shop fashion in budget!
1.Go for The Classics
It’s really easy to classic shopping, just pick out black t-shirt and jeans and you are good to go. The thing is classics are very much easy to get along with it. Goes with every weather, fits with the whole surrounding, only pros with classics. Fill your wardrobe with these timeless staples instead of risking with trending ones. As they go off trend, you will regret them buying.
The timeless classics that you should adopt:
- Black or white t-shirts
- Black suit
- Sports Jacket/Blazer
- Zip-up hoodie (great for layering and lounging)
- Oxfords (classic dress shoes)
- Polo
- Ties for business casual wear
- Sunglasses
- Jeans (a lighter casual pair and a darker dressier pair)
- Watch
- Black belt
Things classics would be enough for you to fashion on a budget.
2.Only Buy What You Need
By this I mean try to be functional. Do you really need same coloured t-shirt? Whether you buy one shirt for 100 dollars or 20 for 100 dollars, just think do you need such expensive shirt or these many shirt?
You’re under the illusion that you’re saving money, but in reality you’re not.
Ask yourself if you REALLY need what you are buying. Would you buy it even if it wasn’t on sale? Favor quality over quantity.
3.Buy Socks and Underwear For Less
Unless you’re ridiculously rich, and love to remind yourself of this fact every time you take of your shoes or go to the bathroom, save money on socks and underwear.
These undergarments are obviously not displayed, so try to go for not expensive but quality should be scarifie
4.Wait For The Sales to start
Do you have a favourite clothing store? Great watch out for its clearance sale or wait for black Friday sales. Go check online for discount coupons.
Many stick to January for spring/summer items and July for fall/winter items, while others may have an annual clearance weekend where surplus goods are priced to sell.
All you have to do is ask and you can find out when a certain item is going to go on sale soon.
5.Shop Out Of Season
Want winter clothing shop in summer or want summer clothing shop in winters. That way the price of your favourite clothing won’t go up and you can buy off it easily.
6.Shop Online
All though I don’t recommend to shop online, but if you really like something and see it on the website some cheaper or you have coupon, then go ahead without any doubt
7.Use Accessories To Create Different Looks
Once you have the classics in your wardrobe, you can create dozens of looks just by getting some new accessories. Instead of getting new dress shirts, get some stand-out new ties and you now have dozens of new combinations you can create with your blazer/colored shirts. Just by getting a new hat, scarf, or by changing the shoes you wear, you can create a new look with the same shirt and pants. You can find accessories for a lot less than other pieces so utilize this to get the most out of your outfits
8.Take a buddy and your cash
If you are the person who is tempted to overspend or go off your list, take a shopping buddy with you to hold you accountable – try not to take a friend who will do the opposite
9.Review what you have
People tend to buy similar items over and over again. Buying too much of red but have no blue? Then you are doing something wrong.
- What about having 100 t-shirts but no date-worthy clothes?
- What about shoes?
- Are they all sandals?
